As a consulting firm, PMC offers a range of comprehensive municipal services to public agencies. We offer full-time and part-time resources to our clients in numerous technical specialties such as project management, environmental compliance and mitigation monitoring, municipal finance, engineering, building and safety, community enhancement and public affairs.

PMC started as a small team and has grown to a company of more than 100 professionals. Our growth is a direct result of providing exemplary service to public agency clients since 1995.
