Development Impact Fee Feasibility Study and Nexus Report
For the County’s first-ever comprehensive public facilities fee program, PMC evaluated the feasibility of establishing development impact fees to fund various development mitigations in accordance with the Mitigation Fee Act and based on the newly adopted Tehama County General Plan. PMC assisted in the identification of public facility categories that would be affected by future growth. PMC conducted a summary needs assessment for such facilities to determine the new construction needed to serve projected growth. The facilities included in the program were County Parks and Recreation, Transportation, Sheriff and Corrections, County Courts, General Government, and Libraries.
