As a consulting firm, PMC offers a range of comprehensive municipal services to public agencies.  We offer full time and part time resources to our clients in numerous technical specialties such as project management, environmental compliance and mitigation monitoring, municipal finance, engineering, building and safety, community enhancement, public affairs, and many other services.
