We help organizations build a sound internal structure. To succeed in meeting conservation goals, organizations often need to plan for their own growth and expansion. We understand the conservation focus of our clients and recommend effective organizational and financial strategies. Blue Ridge Berryessa Natural Area (BRBNA) Conservation Partnership Strategic Plan Members of the Conservation and Resource Planning Group created a strategic plan to unify this group of public and private landowners and guide its future actions. We helped the group develop a vision, mission statement, and goals for the BRBNA; draft recommendations for organizational structure, funding, and staffing; and outlined implementation, phasing, and responsibilities for the recommendations. The plan resulted in improved collaboration and clear direction on the activities needed to conserve this 785,000-acre natural area.
