LAFCo And Annexations

PMC has specific experience with LAFCo actions for annexations, reorganizations and Sphere of Influence amendments/expansions, development review and processing, annexation requests, incorporations preparation of municipal service reviews, community involvement programs and CEQA/NEPA environmental documentation for a range of LAFCo-related actions.
