PMC provides assistance to County Planning and Building Services staff with preparation of Long Range Planning documents (i.e., Ukiah Valley Area Plan (UVAP), the Mendocino Town Plan, Land Use Code Update, etc.), as well as conducting development review, answering public inquiries from citizens and the development community, and conducting meetings and workshops. Additional duties include the processing of General Plan Amendments and rezoning requests, preparation and review of environmental documents, and preparation of staff reports.
