PMC completed the County’s 2010–2015 Consolidated Plan and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice for the Contra Costa Consortium, which serves both the Urban County and all 19 entitlement jurisdictions in the county. Contra Costa County grantees operate as a countywide consortium. PMC conducted extensive community meetings and stakeholder outreach for the plan. The County receives nearly $12 million annually in CDBG, HOME, ESG, and HOPWA.
