Seasons Apartments
The Seasons Apartments is a senior-oriented, 222-unit multi-family project that was completed in 2009. PMC underwrote the City of Elk Grove’s project loan, and performed the corresponding analysis for the other project financing, which consisted of 4% tax-exempt bonds, and Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credits. The total City loan amount for this project was $9,100,000.
Waterman Square
Waterman Square is a family oriented, 84 unit multi-family apartment project. PMC underwrote the City’s project loan and performed the corresponding analysis for the other project financing which consisted of HOME funds, 4% tax-exempt bonds, and Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credits. The total City loan amount for this project was $7,352,829.
