PMC assists the City of Corona with the administration of its federal NSP1 and NSP3 grants. PMC has assisted the City to develop and implement is programs and projects including Single-family Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resale, special needs housing, and multi-family rental development. PMC provides technical assistance and assures compliance with NSP regulations and federal overlays including procurement, labor compliance, relocation, tenant protections, and environmental review.
PMC has assisted the City with its CDBG and HOME programs. PMC completed the monitoring of 15 CDBG grants, including 6 CDBG subrecipients and 9 construction projects subject to federal labor standards and prevailing wages. PMC has also provided training and troubleshooting to correct the City’s HOME program reporting in IDIS and NSP reporting in DRGR.
