PMC is working with the City of Pittsburg staff, stakeholders, BART, and community members to develop the Master Plan for the area around the Pittsburg / Bay Point BART station. The 50-acre project area currently comprises a 2,000-space surface parking lot for the BART station, bus and passenger loading/unloading, and vacant land owned by multiple parties. The goal of the project is to produce a Master Plan that will transform the site into a vibrant, multi-modal, transit-oriented development with a mix of residential, retail, and commercial uses.
