The Lake County Department of Health Services, Public Health Division, Emergency Preparedness Program needed to more easily disseminate information on H1N1 Influenza and other timely public health issues. PMC’s challenge was to retain the overall county look and feel while designing the new site within the existing CMS. We created a new navigation structure, “Hot Topics” items with thumbnails, an “I Want to…” drop down list, youTube videos and Google Language translation as well as integration of widgets from the CDC and other state and national agencies.
