PMC was hired to provide professional web consulting and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of various online initiatives. The audit evaluated five areas of Intercity Transit’s website such as Survey user engagement, information flow, site architecture, accessibility standards to meet section 508 of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the W3C’s Web Accessibility and Initiative conformance level. PMC also evaluated the potential of integrating social media, policy, goals, use, appropriateness, branding and “personality” of Intercity Transit online.
