Published Court Case Overview and what they mean to Environmental Review
In August 2011, Patrick Angell conducted a webinar to provide a mid-year update to published CEQA case law, as a substantial number of court decisions were released in the spring and summer of this year. The purpose of this training was to provide agencies and interested parties the results of these court decisions and how they may impact their environmental review process in the areas of the use of addendums, performance standard mitigation measures, definition of a project under CEQA, climate change, the fair argument standard, and other related topics.
