Sustainable Synergies: Funding, Implementing, and Monitoring Your Climate Action Plan
While many local governments are in the process of developing climate action plans to meet AB 32 and CEQA requirements, the hard part is what comes next… actually implementing your CAP. One component of a qualified GHG reduction strategy is to monitor the plan’s progress toward achieving reduction targets. This session focuses on mechanisms to ensure CAPs are successfully funded, implemented, and monitored.
PMC’s Tammy Seale and Leeanne Singleton will be presenting “Sustainable Synergies: Funding, Implementing, and Monitoring Your Climate Action Plan,” at the 2012 AEP Conference. They’ll be joined by Abby Young from BAAQMD, James Caruso from San Luis Obispo County, and Mike Boswell from CalPoly.
