PMC has extensive experience providing labor compliance services in conjunction with CDBG and NSP grant administrative services for a number of jurisdictions throughout California. PMC provides CDBG and NSP entitlement and non-entitlement jurisdictions with comprehensive grant administration services, on-call technical assistance, and on-site agency staffing and staff training to assist with nearly every component of grant administration.
PMC has assisted the City of Rancho Cordova with comprehensive grants administration services since 2006 and is currently the labor compliance officer for all of the City’s state- and federally funded projects. PMC is currently providing labor compliance services for The Crossings @ New Rancho, an 18-unit multi-family affordable rental new construction project funded by the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP II). Tasks include preparing federal and state labor standards provisions for bid packages and contracts, attending the pre-construction conference, scheduling and conducting employee interviews, reviewing certified payroll reports and other required submissions, and working with contractors and subcontractors to ensure each worker is receiving federal or state prevailing wage.
